Privacy policy

Data collected

I only collect the data you send me through the contact form:

• first name, last name and company;
• email address and, if you wish, phone number;
• contact preference (call or message);
• project type, desired timeline and description of your need.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself.

Why this data

It is used solely to reply to your request, prepare a conversation and, where applicable, draw up a proposal. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Your data is never sold, rented or used for prospecting without your consent.

Who has access

Only me. To operate, the site relies on technical providers:

• Formspree forwards contact form messages to my email inbox (privacy policy) ;
• GitHub Pages hosts the site (privacy policy).

These providers may process data, including your IP address, in the United States.

If you contact me via WhatsApp, the exchange is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) terms.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If we work together, it is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the legal obligations that follow from it.

Your rights

You can at any time access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, restrict its use or request portability. Simply write to me at contact@polowagency.fr, I reply within one month at most.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
